Founded in 2022 by Jemma Xu, Jay Xu, and Loong Wang the team behind Singularity brings deep expertise in finance, engineering, and zero-knowledge cryptography. CEO, Jemma Xu transitioned from investment banking to become a full-time angel investor in Web3 since 2017, building a portfolio of over 35 projects, including Pocket Network and Maple Finance. Engineering Lead & Co-founder, Jay Xu, has over 20 years in product and engineering roles at major tech companies like eBay and Baidu, with two successful exits and a background as an early BTC miner. Leading the zero-knowledge cryptography efforts is Loong Wang, a co-founder and former CTO of Ren Protocol, who brings pioneering experience in decentralized dark pool development and managing over $1 billion in assets securely. Together, they combine robust financial and technical knowledge with a focus on privacy and innovation in Web3.
